Second Harold Scriver Memorial Bonspiel at LCC

On March 8 the Sr. Men held the second Harold Scriver Memorial Bonspiel. This bonspiel is an opportunity for the Sr. Men to enjoy an event of fellowship in honor of Harold Scriver, a long time member of the LCC. Harold was an active member and gave back to the club.
The bonspiel featured 32 players playing a 2 game spiel. The competition was of course fierce with the Larry Nash Team coming out on top. Larry's team was composed of Ian Richardson, Dave Lee and Warren Elcombe. 
We were very fortunate to have Harold's wife Elsie and her daughter Sally there to help make the award to this year's winning team. Also in attendance was Gord Pilkey, another long time curler and a friend to Harold.

The Day ladies provided a wonderful luncheon as always and everyone enjoyed the day.
