Stick Doubles Funspiel Held on Feb. 12th

A full slate of 16 curlers and 8 teams took to the ice on this past Wednesday (Feb 12th) to participate in a stick doubles funspiel. 

Stick doubles is a relatively new version of curling where teams of 2 compete against each other. Games are 6 ends long and typically take about 1 hour to complete. The 8 teams had a great time completing 2 6 end games by noon. The winning team was Susan Sayer and John Wyatt. 

 Another stick doubles funspiel will be held on Wednesday March 12th. Watch for details and/or contact Tom Sayer if you are interested.
